Return & Refund Policy
At Aurevia Craft, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and the safety of our customers. Because piercing jewelry is considered a hygiene-sensitive product, we have established the following policy to ensure the highest standards of health and safety.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
2. Hygiene & Safety Exclusion (Important)
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry that has been removed from its original heat-sealed packaging, or if the tamper-evident seal has been broken. If the jewelry has been worn or tried on, it is strictly non-returnable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ki20260527@gmail.com with:

Clear photos of the defective item and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Quality Issues: If the return is due to a defect or our error, Aurevia Craft will cover the return shipping costs.
Personal Preference: For returns due to change of mind, size preference (if not a defect), or style choice, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any associated customs duties.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on "Final Sale" or during clearance events.
