All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been carefully inspected and packaged, it will be dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you via email of any significant delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves our facility. The tracking system typically updates within 24-48 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our website’s tracking portal.

4. Taxes & Duties
For most domestic orders, taxes are calculated at checkout and no additional fees are required upon delivery. For our international customers outside our primary fulfillment zones, any customs fees, import taxes, or levies applied after shipping are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local guidelines for specific details regarding incoming parcels.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues
Aurevia Craft is liable for any items damaged during transit. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact our support team immediately at support@aureviacraft.com with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.

6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Aurevia Craft is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
